At Mystery Nights In , we’re all about helping you enjoy your nights in. While we hope you love every box you receive, we understand that things don’t always go as planned.
Here’s our return and refund policy to help you out if something’s not quite right.

Subscription Boxes – General Policy
Because our boxes contain curated and often perishable or seasonal items, we unfortunately do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority, so we’re always here to make things right.

Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your box. Email us at Mysterynightin@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll gladly rectify the issue.

Refunds & Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box. Once a box has been processed or shipped, it is non-refundable.

Prepaid Subscriptions (3, 6, or 12 months): You may cancel future renewals, but prepaid plans are non-refundable once the first box of the term has shipped.

Pausing Your Subscription
Need a break? You can pause your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. We get it—life happens!

Gifting Issues
If you received a gift box and something’s wrong, Just reach out with the gift giver’s name and email (if you have it), and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
